CORR SPOT-KICK EARNS SWIFTS A POINT

Moyola Park locked horns with Sport & Leisure Swifts for the second time this season and, as with the first meeting, the sides were inseparable over 90 minutes.

Moyola started brightly and thought they had moved in front early in the game only for a Chris Dowie goal to be ruled out offside.

However, Steven Kenning did fire them in front on 24 minutes after he was played through by Robbie Lucas to make the most of some slack defending.

Dowie, Kenning and Eugene Gallagher all had scoring opportunities later in the half as Moyola went in at the break very much on top.

Swifts were an altogether different proposition in the second half but despite their efforts the visitors had to wait until the 86th minute to grab that elusive equaliser when Neil Corr slotted home from the spot.
