POINTS SHARED AT PLANTERS PARK

Dollingstown welcomed Queen's University to Planters Park for the first time and both sides left with a share of the points with the visitors possibly feeling they should have went away with all three.

Dollingstown gained the initial advantage when they went in front on 20 minutes through new signing Chris Kingsberry who scored his first goal for the club when Ritchie Thompson headed on and the diminutive journeyman calmly slotted the ball into the corner of the net.

Queen's got a deserved equaliser when centre half Matt McManus headed home on 50 minutes and the Students centre forward Owain Beggs almost snatched a winner late on following a mix up between Aaron Moffett and the keeper but his attempt went just outside the post.
