SWANS PRODUCE SECOND HALF GOALS TO CLAIM POINTS

Three second half goals saw Newington YC sweep to victory over Banbridge Town at Crystal Park.

The visitors went ahead on 66 minutes when Gary Rafferty made the most of a failure in the home defence to crash an effort into the corner.

Conal Burns made it 2-0 on 77 minutes after he got on the end of a deflection off defender Stephen Greene to fire into the roof of the net.

However after 77 minutes the home side found themselves 2 - 0 behind when the impressive Conal Burns latched onto a rebound off the luckless Greene to fire into the roof of the net.

And Burns completed the scoring three minutes after that from the spot after Glenn Waddell had conceded the penalty.
